Move America Forward is hosting a counter event at the same site that Cindy Sheehan is holding her "vigil". It's good that we see the families who've lost loved ones in this war gather to show their support for the troops. It sends a message to the nation and our troops letting them know that should these brave warriors make the ultimate sacrifice, it will not be in vain.

First, thanks for all the comments on my blog. Second, after Katrina, Sheehan is irrelevant. I pray for her as you said - a grieving mother - but this strom has rendered Sheehan and all the 'cat up a tree' stories in the press irrelevant. Thank God!
Local Girl Makes Good - Melanie Morgan is our local hero on the Radio! Being from the Bay Area, CA, it is hard to find anyone that comes close. I am so glad that they organized this - it made the counter point just right.
