A great article that reinforces what most volunteers already know. We are fighting alongside men and women who are more educated and better off economically than any other U.S. Military force in history. It should put to rest the comments from those that say this war is being fought by socioeconimically challenged youths, but we all know it won’t. Still, it is interesting reading…

Although the article does put to bed the lie about our all voluntary military, the New York Pravda aka NY Times and the likes of Rangel will continue to lie about our men and women in uniform.
My theory is that those who cling to this fantasy are those who can only stomach the military by reducing them in their own minds to victims, helpless children sent against their will to do the bidding of the wicked neocon cabal. These are the same people who say, "I support the troops, but..." and want the sacrifices their beloved troops make to be made in vain by cutting and running and not allowing them to finish their work.
